Taking vitex when regular
Does anyone take vitex when your cycles are pretty regular?
Has it messed up your cycles or did not make a difference?
My cycles are usually 31,33, sometimes 36 days but mostly regular. I’m hoping vitex will help with my pms symptoms but also help with fertility
