help!!!!!

My 8 month old baby quit breastfeeding about 2 weeks ago (her choice, not mine) after suddenly developing an inexplicable bottle preference (honestly, she was bottle PHOBIC for 7 months and just took a nursing strike). My milk supply all but dried up with no pain, no engorgement etc. Then I found out that I was pregnant again. I don't know how far along I am (I have a midwife appointment booked). But suddenly over the last two days, one of my boobs is filling up again. It's leaking clear fluid (which I suspect is colostrum). My question is, am I likely to leak through my entire pregnancy?! And am I likely to experience the sore semi-full boob feeling throughout as well? Thanks in advance xx
