Cycle Days??

I took my last Provera pill today for the purpose of inducing AF and I am already spotting a very little bit. I am supposed to go for blood work on CD3 to get my FSH checked. Should I count today as CD1? Or should I wait until I get an actual period? I'm barely even spotting at this point and want to make sure I am getting the test done on the correct day because I know how important it is for it to be CD 3. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
