....still no progression of contractions
So yesterday I had contractions start around 3pm but were very short and spaced out. By 11 last night they were coming every 7ish mins. Been up all night with them.... but they won't go past every 4/5 mins and hosp said there's no point coming in yet as my waters haven't even broken yet. They aren't bad but I'm so tired after not having any sleep 😩🤦🏽♀️ any ideas to help..???
