Is it bad to not have your son circumcised?

Most countries and cultures don't circumcise. For some reason a lot of people in the US in particular seem to think circumcision has something to do with hygiene - it does not. There is absolutely no reason to circumcise unless it is part of your particular cultural heritage and you want to follow it, or there is a very specific medical reason which the Drs will advise you about in such case.

you can't do it without medical reason in Norway. most men don't have circumcision done here therefore, and there isn't an epidemic of infection here (some people seem to think circumcising is "cleaner")

No I don’t think it’s bad either way. So what’s best for you and your baby🤷🏻‍♀️ just make sure you teach him proper ways to clean it as he gets older. My husbands circumcised his brother isn’t (VERY open family no topic is off limits 😂) they’re both very healthy men who as far as I know haven’t had any negative experiences or anything either way.

Not many people do it in Australia at all. I’ve slept with 30 odd men and not one of them were circumcised. And in my city you cannot get your child circumcised without a medical issue you have to travel 4 hours away and there is only one doctor in that city that does it. 
So to answer your question. No, it’s definitely not bad to not circumcise your son! I have one and another boy on the way and it’s never even crossed my mind to do it.

I went back and forth for months after I found out that I was having a boy if I was going to get him circumcised or not. I watched many videos and read many articles. At the end I decided not to do it. I'm going to let my son do it on his own if he wants to when he's old enough to make his own decisions.

My son is not. As long as you don’t pull his forskin he’ll be fine. The only reason ppl started circumcising was bc some guy with no medical background said it would keep boys from masterbating. Once that was disproven the whole it keeps them clean and prevents stds thing became popular which also isn’t true. I’d do your own research on both sides and make your choice. People will tell you your wrong either way. My mom loves we didn’t get our son done and my MIL thinks we are terrible parents for it.
