How to get my diet and health on track?

I’ve always struggled with my weight and food. I have struggled with anorexia when I was younger. I’m such a picky eater. Now, I’ve gained a LOT of weight and need to lose weight. I drink tons of soda a day(4-8 cans), eat only junk food and fast foods... I’m not TTC but I’m not preventing it either. However I know that if I were to get pregnant- my diet needs to change drastically. How can I do this?? Food is such a sensitive subject for me and I literally only eat the same things. Like I dont like most meats, fruits, texture is a huge thing for me. Please help me!!!!
