Rash on breast

I have a rash on my breast for 4 days. It came overnight, painless itself and not itchy however my actual breast has bad shooting pains. I am not pregnant or breastfeeding. Shall I get it checked? Is it worth going to urgent care as no doctors appointments until late next week.
