So i think im around 6 weeks and 6 days (give or take a day) and i havent had much nausea at all until today.

i was on the car park at work and this wave of nausea hit me and i actually thought i was going to vomit. i had to open my car door to breathe in cool air. then i started to dry heave and gag.

now my work peeps dont know im pregnant and im not telling them until im at least 12 weeks so has anyone got any tips on how to keep nausea at bay or to stop sickness?

people were asking the aren yiu pregnant question this morning when they saw me dry heave. i dont know what i could say if im actually sick lol.
