Anterior placenta

Just had my anatomy scan (at 20+4 weeks) and have found out I have an anterior high placenta. I have felt some movement quite early but very sporadic and can go for days without feeling much. Was wondering when everyone else with an anterior placenta started to fed stronger, REGULAR movements?
