Do you share towels with your husband/SO?

My husband thinks that I hate sharing towels with him. But I actually just stop using the ones he is using because I thought he hated sharing towels with him. I joke that I don't care because we have already shared germs in other ways and swapped other "bodily fluids"😂.

Sharing towels is actually a great way to get certain infections. People have different residential bacteria living in their bodies so you can give yourself infections. Thrush is commonly transferred that way. So unless there’s only one towel (which has happened once of twice when behind on laundry) then we always use desperate towels.

We each have our own towel hanging up in the bathroom but if one of us forgets to grab a new one and the others is hanging there we use it lol no big deal. We’re clean when we get out of the shower anyways 😂

Nope I use a fresh towel after every bath/shower. I hate damp towels and if I know one has been used recently I won’t chance it haha.

I do too mind sharing, I mean we're clean when we get out anyway right? But hubby doesn't even reuse his own towels. It's immediately thrown in the hamper once he uses it.... So sharing is a no go in our house, under normal circumstances.

We have our own towels on our towel rack. My husbands is on the right and mine left. We both don’t like sharing towels so we have our own. 😉
