Going in for my first ultrasound this morning and supposed to drink 32oz water but my nausea won’t let me 😞 should I cancel, or do you think they will be able to see anything?

Update:

I think I found the answer to my question...they want me to drink water for an abdominal u/s, and if they can’t see anything they will do vaginal...right?
