Round Ligament Pain?

Question

Have a sharp burning pain in my lower left abdomen. It's been on and off for the last 40 min. Wondering if anyone has experienced this? Is it round ligament pain??

Mine really only hurts when I sneeze. Or if I stretch the wrong way. It's a sharp pain at first and fades into a dull ache for a couple minutes. Then I'm fine.

My round ligament pain varies, although my midwife says mine may be different to others because I have hypermobility syndrome and I don't have the most stable joints so my ligaments have to work harder. But sometimes if I turn over in bed wrong or stretch or move awkwardly, this stabbing pain will hit me and nearly knock the breath out of me! Other times it's a really dull ache that lasts for a while, usually if I've been moving around too much or something. It usually goes away when I sit down, so just try relaxing for a while and hopefully it'll be a bit easier :)

I get it if I roll over too quickly when sleeping or getting up too fast, takes your breath away lol

My ligament passion is heavy and sore. It feels like I strained something while exercising. 
It is not sharp like cramps.
