First morning urine?

What’s the deal with FMU? Ok I know it’s supposed to have the highest concentration of hcg, if there is any to detect... But, what if you routinely get up in the middle of the night to pee? Should I actually be testing in the middle of the night, if my “longest sleep” happens between bedtime and the 3am potty break??

I typically go in the middle of the night as well. I still waited and tested with my morning urine when I was up for the day and it worked fine.

I've wondered the same thing but I've been waiting to test first thing in the morning as well

Clear blue HPT instructions say “after your longest sleep” but I am afraid my levels will take a lot longer to become detectible if I am always getting up to pee 3 hours into a 6 hour night’s sleep. 😩
