Do OPKS have to be doing at the same time and also when's best morning or night?

if you use the digital it says use first morning however you can miss your surge only doing in the morning. the regular strips say to test in the afternoon, holding for 4 hours. I use the digital and when I get the high symbol i start testing twice a day til I get peak. hope this helps

I didn’t take mine the same time but its best NOT to use your first morning urine.  I took mine at 2pm one day and got a strong positive.
