Periods always a little off.
This month it’s late by 4 days and I’m really sick at smells. My breasts hurt so bad I feel like I have cramps in them.
I’m not on any birth control and we’re trying to get pregnant. 
I took a pregnancy test on the first day of my missed period and it was negative.

Honestly at only 4 days late I would waste the time going to the doctor yet. It’s not going to hurt anything to wait another week to see if you get a positive test.

Yes I think you should speak with your Dr and go there. Because I'm 4 days late and that's what I'm doing I'm having all the symptoms you are and I just took a pregnancy test and it came back negative as well. Going to see my Dr.
