😓FOLLOWED MY GUT😓

So my son has cancer (A.L.L) he's had for about a year now and is in round 4 of admission. But for the past 4 to 5 day my son has been not wanting to eat, throwing up, diarrhea and a fever that will go up then Down then back up then back down. So the first 1 day he had his mouth hurt so I looked

it has now gotten worse on day 5. So I started meds he had before when he got mouth sores. "didn't help" now it's on his lips... now his gotten to the point where he's not eating "CRAP" so I call his doctor and they said if he gets worse take him to ER well he got worse.[day2] The ER said oh his hydrated which I did believe and I understood But something in my gut told me something is wrong so I kept asking questions and We knew that he had a virus or I did at least the ER gave him Fluids for the dehydration and that was it they sent us home. So now we're back at home he is tired So he lays around the house and he relax the asked for some cereal took a 2 bites and said his full and the his stomach was hard. So I did what the doctor said and has made sure that I gave him fluids. [day3] Now hes coughing a lot more and has a temperature of a 100.2 Later on that day it was a 100 then backup to a 100.2 then back down to 99.8 then backup to a 100.1 By this time it is almost 12 o'clock at night going on to [day4].

So then I call his doctor again that's when we made an appointment to see his doctor on [day5] Throughout the whole day he seemed like he was OK but then when I came to litter on that night on [day4] He started coughing in his sleep which made him throw up which there is nothing in his stomach to throw up and at the same time he had diarrhea on himself that looked like a mucus slime green. So I hope to clean him up as I was doing in I noticed irritation and blisters and his butt cheeks

😣😔 At this point I'm like you know what I don't care it's 12 o'clock at night we're still going to the ER i had been up since 5:00 a.m. So I call his doctor so that they can let the ER know that we're on our way we get there and the ER says hes dehydrated try to give him some fluids they didn't want to access his port because I didn't want to take a chance on him getting sick. I just not because I know he has A doctor's appointmen diarrhea get him ready to bring him to his doctors I was almost not going to do because I was so tired but told myself that it was the right thing to do well I'm glad I did his doctors are actually concerned and feel that he has some type of virus and that the ER did not do what they should have done and admitted him to the hospital. This post is to let all moms know which I know you guys know don't listen to anybody follow your gut I have this feeling when my son was 1st diagnosed with cancer at that time I did not listen to my gut and it took me 2 days to find the right hospital that helped I learned that thiat day to listen to my gut and to listen to my son. So for all the moms out there always get a 2nd, 3rd even a 4th opinion if you feel that it is necessary for your children.😣😚🤗😥😔😍
