There’s a mommy group I’m a part of on fb and it seems like everyone is so obsessed about having their babies early. So I want to know why? Why at 30-32 weeks are people already talking about their babies coming? And I don’t mean talking about looking forward to it, I’m talking about “I think I’m going to have him/her so many weeks early” or “my baby is measuring big my dr says there’s no way I’m going to make it to my due date”. Median birth dates for first time moms is 41 weeks and 3 days. Obviously some people have their babies early, but it seems like having your baby before your due date is the thing to do. It’s so confusing to me.
