My cycle is exactly 28 days. Always. Periods last 4 days. Always. This time I started really really light spotting (if you even want to call it that) 4 days before period was supposed to start. Yesterday, I thought I officially started my period. (2 days early) I had cramps and everything. Woke up today and I’m back to little to no spotting and no cramps. Thoughts?
