Is that the babies actual nose?!?

Is it me or has my baby got a very pointy big nose?! My partner has what he likes to call a ‘strong Roman nose’ and I was really hoping the baby wouldn’t!!😂 but.... looking at it, I’m thinking it does! My partner thinks it’s just the picture and there’s no way the nose could be that well formed already but I think otherwise. Anyone  else had a similar experience?!! Also(no surprises here) - gender guess??! I would love a girl but I think this looks like a boy! Don’t ask me why - it’s literally based on nothing!!!

This was my baby at 14 weeks 4 days, I thought he was gonna have a little piggy triangle for a nose

This was my baby at 21 weeks 3 days, his nose has definitely rounded out (looks like he's gonna have my nose)

Needless to say it's a pretty drastic difference, their cartilage is still forming and tissue and fat and everything else so it could look a lot different next month than it does now

I think your babies nose looks so cute! I wouldn’t worry. My sons nose looked huuuge on 2D ultrasound. But he was born with a cute lil nose. I wouldn’t worry too much. The nose forms earlier than the rest of your babies skull so as your babies head grows it will get smaller. But I wouldn’t worry. :)

Sometimes their little hands go up by their noses and make the pictures look like that, I wouldn’t stress it too much this early on. Also, the nub isn’t pictured great but i would be about 90% this is a boy. Look up Nub theory queens on Facebook and join the group, they’ll give you a confirmation on gender!

this was my sons ultrasound at about 16 weeks i thought his nose was going to be huge lol neither of ours are big but that ultrasound made it look huge. he had the cutest little nose haha

The 1st picture isn't totally angled correctly, the 3rd picture is angled great and shows baby's nose

I’ve gotten different ones as well. I don’t think he’s going to have a big nose like the first one though. Majority of his U/S have been button noses and big noses don’t run in either of our families. But who knows. I wouldn’t worry about it though

Had an ultrasound yesterday and I am so worried about my baby’s nose too! I’m sure it can’t actually be like that though.
