For my fellow ladies with irregular periods, have you tried taking black cohosh to regulate that time of the month? If so, did it work? What other natural remedies have you tried?

I haven’t had a period for five months and whenever I go to my OB, she just gives me a pill that gives me a horribly heavy period and then that’s it. I wanted to see if there were any natural remedies I should try before I schedule another appointment.
