I've been getting a headache when I'm hungry and after I eat. It goes away in between. Is this normal or not

You could be lacking something in your diet? Maybe iron or some nutrients? I also get headaches if I don't eat, before I was pregnant I also used to get dizzy and then once I ate I felt fine
