Worried about my iud !!
So I have had mirena for a year now and my periods completely stop but about 2 weeks ago I started spotting brown then it turned bright pink and was gone the next day now I have some cramps here and there and migraines and neausa and every time I eat I get so bloated I my belly gets tight and my back hurts and also I’ve been getting dizzy to the point where I feel like the room is spinning is this normal or should I start getting concern
