Should you force yourself to finish a meal or snack for the sake of not wasting?
So sometimes you get full before you finish your meal. Yes of course you often have the option to save your meal for later, but sometimes that isn’t an option or there’s too little to bother putting in the fridge. So what do you say? Is it too unhealthy to eat past feeling full? Or do you trudge through it anyway because “waste not, want not” or other reasons.
