BFN....maybe bfp?

My throat has been sore, my boobs are swollen and hurting, feel real heavy, having alot of nausea and acid reflux lately which I never have, and I’m so tired. I’ve been falling asleep as soon as I get home like 630/730 and not waking up til the next morning. I’m 22dpo, missed AF but am still getting a BFN. I know some people don’t always get a BFP for awhile.... what do you guys think? I was wondering if I should plan to make a dr appointment just to check and be sure or just take it as a BFN?

I made an appointment for Friday. Still no AF. Still no BFP either 😐 such a tease.
