Hot showers?

I've been taking fairly hot showers and just read that I shouldnt be doing this? 8 weeks 3 days. Feedback please!

They shouldn’t be scalding, no. But if you’re comfortable, it’s fine. Your hormones will cause your body to overheat if it feels it’s too hot.

I still take hot showers every day, 8 weeks 6 days. But I’m the kind of person who gets in washes up quickly and gets out so I don’t think it’s too bad.

Hot baths are a bad idea bc it can raise your core body temperature, a hot shower really won’t raise your core temp like a bath bc not all of your body is in the water at the same time. But maybe take it down a notch ... if our skin is red when you get out or you’re finding your breathing labored , it’s too hot . I️ like a hot shower too, but just try to keep them short !

You’ll be fine. I freaked when I saw no hot baths- it’s about you overheating and sweating - if that happens it’s not good. But hot showers are fine.

I like hot showers,  but I usually stand with my back under, so it's not directly on my big ole belly :)
