How to get rid of a head cold if possibly pregnant?

I'm in my TWW and like to treat my body like it's pregnant just incase. What are some safe things to take/do for head colds? (At least I think it's what I have) My body is aching, eyes hurt, wake up with a low grade fever, runny nose, back ache, and headache.

When I was pregnant with my kids, I was told nothing but NORMAL Tylenol. Not extra strength, etc. Hih.
