I had a miscarriage last September. I used to have irregular period cycles ranging from 28-37 days... Usually 5 days long.  Also I had terrible cramps and nausea the first day... And they were reasonably light. Post miscarriage my cycles have been more regular... Around 30 days... And they are a little different than before... Heavier and shorter kind of.
