Help me.

I'm 16 and I was in an abusive relationship for almost 2 years. He borrowed money from me way back in September.. $200 to be exact. Now we're broken up and he refuses to pay me back. I can't just forget about it because my parents won't let me have a job since "school is my job." I will be a senior in the fall. Please help me achieve a way to get it back. I talked to his mom about it a few times and she said she's working on it but I honestly doubt she is because if he was correct about what he said about her, she was an abusive one too. It's also been a few months since I first brought it up to her so Idk.
