Please help :)
I was thinking to myself the other night, I have nothing important going on in my life and I want to make a change. I’ve started yoga, and I’ve been on a diet for the last 3 months but I want to exercise, I’m planning on starting the gym but I’m 16 and sorting money out as ive just left home for reasons I wont go in to, so while my money is being sorted out, I would really appreciate some home exercises, to burn stomach fat more than anything else, but legs and everywhere else obviously I’ll want to lose too (lose weight on) so if you have any please comment them, I lost 2st but with losing weight you need to tone so I thought I’d ask here because I don’t know how honest google can be 🤨☺️ Xx
