Help!! Is this the start of a triphasic chArt?
I’m totally new to this but a big increase in temp today- 8dpo? Does this look like a triphsic chArt? Could that mean I possibly implanted yesterday? I had cramping on and off all day yesterday with a bit of lower back ache on and off too. Took a test today- super early I know and it was BFN . I know it’s early... what do you think?
