New tracker needing help understanding
The red on my chart is my miscarriage not a period. So I don’t know if that green ovulation section in true. I started tracking my bbt as soon as I got my thermometer. I’ve never tracked my bbt before though.
Do you think this rose indicates ovulation is coming or that it ended or...?
Anyone have a good link for beginner bbt trackers?
