CD 43 still no af..

I have irregular cycles, no app in over 6 months has been able to figure out my crazy cycles. I've had 4I say my period is late 2 times on how. I'm really just so tired of the negative tests and junk, but I'm wondering if I should test. Last cycle was 40 days, but I'm on 43 now and felt like af was going to stay for weeks.... Any advice would help.
