Dark spots on chest?

Does anyone know what this is? Or what caused it? It doesn’t itch or burn. I didn’t notice it until I looked in the mirror.

Looks like pregnancy mask. I got this on my neck when I was pregnant with my first, as soon as I gave birth it cleared up. Nothing to worry about, but here’s what it says about it online... 
“Brown patches of pigmentation on your forehead, cheeks, and neck are known as chloasma, melasma or mask of pregnancy. Chloasma is caused by your body making extra melanin, the tanning hormone, which protects your skin against ultraviolet (UV) light (Murray and Hassall 2014).”

I’m literally experiencing the same thing! But it also has affected my chin and it’s darker there. But far as my breasts, shoulders, and neck...it looks exactly like yours. Makes me so self conscious.

Totally normal! :) It's more prominent in people with darker skin and/or people who spend more time in the sun
