Implantation Bleeding or Not

Good afternoon ladies! This is my first time posting anything on this app. I don’t know where else to turn. I’ve always read the positive post and stories you beautiful ladies share. So here goes nothing.....my period is suppose to start today...my husband and I had sex yesterday morning and I noticed I was bleeding. I thought it was my cycle getting ready to start so I put a panty liner on after I got out of the shower. I didn’t bleed anymore throughout the day or nothing today. I’ve been reading up on somethings thinking it could be implantations bleeding. I just don’t want to get my hopes up. Any advise?
