Early Ovulation

I usually have long cycles, 32+ days, and I usually don't ovulation for some time after my period. My boyfriend and I just started TTC this cycle. We decided about CD 2 that we would start trying next fertile window. We were naturally excited and eager to start "trying" so we had sex CD 4 ( last day of menstrual) and has sex daily since then. I am now on CD 11 and I believe I may have ovulated yesterday CD 10 which is about a week earlier than usual. I was wondering if talking about conceiving or the act of making love with the intention of conceiving could some how jump start my cycle/ovulation?
