Look for a small label on the bottle that should read, “compare to Tylenol”. It legally cannot say another drug name unless it has the exact same ingredients. It would basically just be a generic form of the same medicine, just maybe a different shape or color of tablet. I don’t see that tag in this photo but it exists somewhere on the bottle.

tylenol is just the brand name of acetaminophen. it’s the same 😊

Acetaminophen is the only safe pain reliever for pregnancy. Off brand or not it’s literally the exact same thing. I stayed away from extra strength but I don’t know if it’s actually not okay or not. I just didn’t feel comfortable with it.
