Boy virginity? TMI

So my boyfriend knows that women have hymens and during intercourse they sometimes can tear and that causes pain and sometimes bleeding. But he also said that a first time for a guy can also be painful Because of their foreskin being pulled back. I'm doubting that logic but is it true? He basically said that if you're uncircumcised the pulling back of the foreskin hurts. Is this true or is something wrong with him? 😂
