Was induced at 6 am and finally had water broken at 7:30am. Took almost 15 mins to break my water realizing lack of fluid. Contracting started around 8 am and remained in labor for 7 hours. Last two hours I chose to have a epidural done. Due to me have scoliosis and not knowing it was hard for them to get the epidural in place where it needed to be so I was poked 4 different places before them finally deciding on a location. It one numb half my body so the anesthesiologist decided to do one more poke for my comfort at the time I was dilated 5cms. Soon as he got the needle in place I jumped from 5cm to 10cm in less than 10 mins and I had the urge to push sooooo bad.
