My family were originally wary of my husband because he's coloured (not a racial slur, it's an actual race in my country). However, after a few years together they've really come to love him. My husband and my mom have gone to watch sports together, when we go visit my Dad they always go off tot he shops together, etc.

girl yes, my boyfriend is white and my parents are pushing me to date someone who's black 🙄 they've openly stated they'd disown me and are overall really rude about my preference. so... I haven't told them yet. don't think I ever will.

His dads upset I’m not mexican enough. (I’m light skin half n half and he’s dark skin full mexican.)
