help me. I need to know what was the most painful part of your birth. I just had my cervix dilation check and almost screamed myself senseless. I need to change the birth plan if everything is gonna hurt so bad. #39+4
While he was checking, I screamed and almost came off the bed. And it stung and burned after that. It hurt to sit. Did it hurt so badly for you to have your cervix dilation felt? I plan to have vaginal birth with epi. Now am trembling just thinking of the pain coming.
