Period after breastfeeding

So I got my period about 6 months postpartum and I was nursing my LO. She is 14 months now. My period has been SO weird the past few cycles. One only lasted 3 days (usually 5), one lasted 8, one I had spotting a few days before (I never had that before) and then today I started 8 days early. I feel like I should be pretty regular by now. Anyone else have something like this?
