anyone else experiencing an 8 month sleep regression. My little one is suddenly resisting all naps, and is waking up twice at night (which is her normal) but then not going back to sleep without a lot of time/effort to get her there (not normal for her). She is definitely teething and also has a cold so I’m not sure if that is why she has suddenly changed her sleeping routine. I’m getting worn out with a cranky and tired little girl. Any suggestions??
