Too early to be excited?

I took several test over the weekend 7 to be exact they all came back positive. My cycle was supposed to come yesterday. I took another two yesterday (1 in morning and 1 in night) both positive and today I took a clear blue weeks estimator and the weeks increased for 1-2 last Friday to 2-3 today. This could possibly mean my hormone is rising. My doctors appointment is thursday and I'm trying not to get too excited because I've had false alarms before.
