2 different bbt

Last night I took my temperature 96.8 after 4hrs of sleep (4am when my husband wakes up for work) I always record bbt at that time. I went back to sleep for about 5hrs and got a different reading 97.33. Which should I record? Ps positive OPK 3pm 2/24 I should be ovulating sometime soon.
