Implantation or AF at 11dpo??

I saw that it’s normal to not implant up to 12 dpo. I’ve been testing since 9dpo and have yet to get a BFP so I kept asking “what gives?” I went to wipe just now and surprisingly had some blood show up and totally caught me off guard since I wasn’t expecting AF to show until Wednesday or Thursday. I’ve always had it show up on CD 32 or a few days later but I’ve never had an early period. I don’t know if there would be a chance that I’m somehow starting AF really early or if this is just a really late implantation.

I have cramps but they’re the same cramps I’ve been having since 9dpo, definitely not my normal period cramps. Also, when I start it’s usually a LOT at once, not this light of bleeding. My only concern with implantation is if it’s bad if I implanted this close to my period or if my body will get the memo in time to not start my period.

Totally not sure how this works since this is my first cycle TTC, so any thoughts or incite about implantation would be great! Thanks!
