I'm so confused!

So this is my second month charting, and I'm so confused why I had such a big dip 2 days in a row. We did BD on the 15th, which is outside of my "fertile window". I and my doctor don't think I've been ovulating for months. Anyone know why I'd have two major dips two days in a row?
