is it normal not to have a withdrawal bleed?

Hi all. I stopped taking the pill only 3 weeks ago but I never had a withdrawal bleed and just wanted to see if that's normal for some? If I accidentally miss a pill I normally have light bleeding so to have nothing is a little strange. I did stop taking the pill right after I finished my period so maybe that's why? Also for about 4 days I have had really bad lower belly cramping. It feels like AF is on the way but it never arrives. I've also had heartburn and sore boobs. Has anyone else experienced this after stopping the pill? I've been on the pill for 13yrs and my husband and I are TTC.
