Need some advice

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 3 years. We're high school sweethearts and everything was going great. But for the past 3 months being around him hasn't been a priority and he is just starting to really annoy me. We have also been fighting over the dumbest things. I don't know what to do. I'm not sure if I should break up with him or if we should try to make it work. Have any of you ladies had anything similar happen before? If so, how did you handle it?
