3rd nipple..

Anyone have a third nipple? I do and ive heard there pretty common my boyfriend of 2 years doesnt even know i ha e one everytime we have sex i make sure i have my hand there so he cant see im so uncomftable with it... if you had one how did you get past this.. also would it affect breast feeding in any way? TIA
