TTC 2 years 22 yo with no diagnosed fertility issues

Ok.... so me & OH have been TTC for 2 years since MC. We can not seem to get pregnant again!! It is killing me every month. Had my first app with infertility and they done a scan with was all clear, had all bloods come back normal - so no issues so far. Waiting on OH Ss being checked a week on Friday & then no idea where we go from there.... he however has a child from a previous relationship.

Any help/tips on things to use/try? No issues that we need lubricant have cut out all bad things from our day to day life’s. BMI is a little high but working on getting that down (lost 8.1lbs last week alone!)

I am so sick of seeing everyone posting their baby scans announcing pregnancy!! My aunt who is 40 has just announced her 6th baby is due soon after accidentally falling pregnant!
